摘要: Abstract In this paper, the patterns of micro-dimples with different area densities and Cr/GLC films were fabricated by laser surface texturing magnetron sputtering technology, respectively. The morphologies chemical states characterized AFM, SEM, XPS. effects dimple density on tribological behavior under seawater condition investigated UMT-3 tribometer in a ball-on-plate reciprocating mode. experimental results showed that film was mainly composed Cr–C C–C bonds. Both friction coefficients wear rates decreased increase lower range, whereas, they constant when further increased. proper (G3 film) effective enhancing properties because entrapment graphitized particles dimples. can reduce strong adhesive interaction between contact surfaces, resulting low frictional shear resistance during sliding process.
