摘要: Abstract Survival and swallowing function were studied in a randomized trial of 97 patients with inoperable, localized esophageal carcinoma. Radical radiotherapy was given to 51 patients, while 46 had two courses bieomycin/cisplatin before radiotherapy. The survival 29% after one year, 6% 3 years the group. combined treatment group 18 0%, respectively; p = 0.1895. number who could swallow any food increased from 38% months group, 0% 23% No benefit found by combining bleomycin/cisplatin
