摘要: An online survey of members the American Society Cataract and Refractive Surgery indicated a strong preference for preoperative postoperative topical antibiotic prophylaxis, with most surgeons favoring latest generation fluoroquinolones. A significant percentage reported being concerned about risks homemade intracameral preparations, there was desire to have commercially available approved injection. This is reflected in fact that 77% respondents were still not injecting antibiotics, but 82% would likely do so if reasonably priced commercial preparation available.
