摘要: Previous research carried out in an animal model of retinoid-induced hypertriglyceridemia – rats fet a 13-cis retinoic acid (13cRA)-containing diet having casein as the protein source has demonstrated that complete replacement dietary with soy isolate (SPI) can decrease severity this condition. In study, effect partially replacing SPI was investigated. Five groups male Fischer 344 were used 14-day two being fed diets source, without or 13cRA (groups A and B, respectively), three 13cRA-containing which to bring about isonitrogenous 25, 50, 100% formula for group B C-E, respectively). Serum triglyceride concentration significantly different ( p < 0.05) from A, D, E (5.41 vs 2.62, 4.04, 2.66 mmol/l, cholesterol concentrations D lower than (1.63 1.60 2.00 2.14 Thus, 50% reduce while decreasing serum cholesterol.
