摘要: The regenerating tail blastema of lizards appears immunesuppressed, and the distribution hyaluronate, a possible agent immunesuppression, is evaluated. Transcriptome data show upregulation genes stimulating hyaluronate production in limb blastemas. blastemas has been studied using alcian blue at pH 2.5 1.0 by immunohistochemistry for receptors. Both initially contain but this glycosaminoglycan disappears scarring 25- to 30-day postamputation after intense inflammation. tip moves distally during regeneration conserves that replaced sulphated glycosaminoglycans glycoproteins proximal regions tail. Hyaluronate receptors are diffuse among cells ependyma tail, wound epidermis low absent limb. electron microscope shows an amorphous extracellular matrix likely containing surrounds mesenchymal cells, scarce limb, whereas collagen fibrils prevail. Extracellular may shield from circulating immune preventing deleterious reactions not process leading scarring.
