摘要: Phosphodiesterase activity has been found associated with axonal microtubules in the sensory nerves of blowfly, Phormia regina, taste receptors. A specific reaction product for this enzyme was also observed within mitochondria, but not mitochondria surrounding glial cells. possible explanation these data is discussed.
