摘要: Experimental contamination of the surface shell eggs by dipping in a culture Salmonella enteritidis resulted presence in/on shells as well membranes but not egg content. Disinfection with Lugol's solution, chlorhexidine, ethanol, quarternary ammonium solutions or flaming after ethanol failed to achieve complete decontamination and resulting false positives when were broken for culturing Dipping three seconds boiling water destruction sometimes caused crack. A method aseptically opening without risk contaminating content from membrane was developed. deposited did multiply during storage at 20 degrees C four weeks, counts seemed decrease. No detected contents any contaminated eggs.
