摘要: Nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA), a lignan found in vegetables, fruits and legumin, has been shown to possess antineoplastic, antiviral antioxidant characteristics. In this study, we examined the effect of NDGA on melanogenesis human melanoma cells (HMVII). vitro, does not alter mushroom tyrosinase activity. However, NDGA-treated HMVII cells, cellular activity increased both time- dose-dependent manner. The concomitant increases melanin content indicated an elevation synthesis by activation. addition, after 7-day incubation, 20 μM 5.02 fold. Tyrosinase protein also treatment with NDGA. Nevertheless, mRNA was altered cells. Our results suggest that can increase de novo We is novel potent stimulator
