摘要: Abstract A biotin-conjugated synthetic corticotropin releasing factor (B-CRF) was prepared and characterized. Its biological activity binding affinity were compared with that of unlabeled CRF. Both forms the equipotent in vitro studies measuring release (ACTH) (ED 50 =1 nM). The IC assays 1.5 nM for CRF 4 B-CRF. Dual avidin-biotin peroxidase complex stains then used pituitary monolayer cultures to visualize receptivity confirm opiocortin storage target cells. All corticotropes showed stain percentage cells double-labled ACTH increased dose B-CRF during a four hour incubation period. abolished, however, when an excess added compete distribution varied time exposure analog. These show is potent analog can be demonstrated cytochemically on identified immunocytochemically as corticotropes. It follow important events associated stimulation including rapid internalization coupled mobilization stores formation cellular processes.
