摘要: The fatal outcome of victims after initially successful resuscitation for cardiac arrest has been attributed both to global myocardial ischemia during the and adverse effects reperfusion. Postresuscitation syndrome comprises 2 major components; pathophysiologic postresuscitation disease hemodynamic changes. Both components predict function, which in its turn will outline effort. Awareness those before early restoration circulation improve outcomes cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
