摘要: Mature osteoclasts are multinuclear, macrophage-like cells derived from hematopoietic stem in the bone marrow. Several transcription factors regulating osteoclast differentiation have been identified. However, molecular basis of transcriptional regulation at epigenetic levels is largely unknown. In fact, no osteoclast-specific co-regulators characterized. Recently, selective ablation estrogen receptor alpha (ERalpha) mature female mice (ERalpha(Deltaoc/Deltaoc)) exhibited trabecular loss due to induced apoptosis via upregulated expression Fas ligand mRNA. general, component composition ERalpha-associated co-activator complex and its distinct among tissues. ERalpha remain unclear. present study, we achieved large-scale cultivation mature, multinucleated established a purification system for proteins. addition previously found other target cells, several unexpected were such as CAP-H. The mRNA level CAP-H was high during differentiation. These results demonstrate existence supporting function.
