摘要: The protozoan parasite Trypanosoma cruzi, the etiologic agent of Chagas disease, is an obligate intracellular pathogen. Overlapping mechanisms ensure successful infection, yet relationship between these cellular events and clinical disease remains obscure. This review explores process cell invasion from perspective surface interactions, signaling, modulation host cytoskeleton endosomal compartment, innate immune response to infection.
