摘要: Background This paper aims at assessing the effectiveness of package road safety measures implemented after was included in political agenda year 2004 on number traffic-injured people Spain. Methods An evaluation study performed using an interrupted time-series design. Quasi-Poisson regression models were adjusted, controlling time trend seasonality. Results show a reduction risk being both men (RR 0.91; 95% CI 0.87 to 0.95) women 0.89; 0.85 0.94). Risk reductions observed across all age groups users, except pedestrians. Conclusions present suggests that prioritising reduces collisions.
