摘要: Biological function is mainly carried out by a dynamic population of proteins and peptides which may be used as markers for disease diagnosis, prognosis guide effective treatment. The study called proteomics it generally performed two-dimensional gel electrophoresis mass spectrometric methods. However, gel-based methodologically restricted from the low region, includes important endogenous peptides. peptides, peptidomics, complicated protein fragments produced post-mortem during conventional sample handling. Nanoflow liquid chromatography MS, together with improved methods preparation, have been to semi-quantitatively monitor in brain tissue. When rapidly heat-denatured tissue was analysed, these enabled simultaneous detection hundreds identification several not previously described literature. In an application MPTP (1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine) model Parkinson's disease, expression small PEP-19 compared controls. levels were found significantly decreased striatum MPTP-treated animals.
