摘要: Interphase FISH (IFISH) analysis is an intriguing molecular cytogenetic approach to study chromosome abnormalities in cancer. IFISH a high sensitivity technique because of its ability identify aberrations on cell-to-cell level. The possibility perform different types nuclei obtained both from fresh and archived samples, makes this advantageous method specific cancer correlate them prognosis therapy. aim review outline the technical aspects, specificity current strategies for employment tumor pathology, discuss enormous range novel applications.
