摘要: The termination patterns in the rat phrenic nucleus of neurons within two respiratory cell groups ventrolateral medulla (Botzinger Complex and rostral ventral group) were determined. plant lectin, Phaseolus vulgaris leuco-agglutinin, was used as an anterograde tracer to label presynaptic processes bulbospinal neurons, horseradish peroxidase simultaneously motoneurons. Labeled axons ended with dense terminal arborizations column on radial motoneuron dendrite bundles, which represented exclusive site Botzinger group lower cervical spinal cord. Terminals these descending formed presumptive synaptic contacts longitudinal somata
