摘要: The yolk protein genes (yps) are expressed in a temporal, tissue- and sex-specific fashion Drosophila melanogaster. Here we report the sequence of two related Calliphora erythrocephala. predicted (YP) sequences well conserved, especially at C-terminal end when compared to those D. melanogaster Ceratitis capitata. Database searches with B (CeYPB) identify vertebrate lipase similarity reported for YPs Ceratitis. Moreover, identity divalent ion-binding sites were observed, which colocalized putative tyrosine sulfation sites. oogenesis differs from that it is cyclic response meat feed. yp follicle cells egg chamber during vitellogenesis, as shown by situ hybridization, message levels correlate YP synthesis. synthesis transcripts ovaries occurs same pattern ovarian Drosophila. In carcass, transcript correlated production batch eggs.
