摘要: Recently, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to important regulatory roles in human cancer biology. The aim of this study was evaluate the expression and biological role lncRNA CASC2 non-small cell lung (NSCLC). By bioinformatics analysis, we found that significantly decreased NSCLC. qRT-PCR performed investigate tumor tissues corresponding non-tumor NSCLC from 76 patients. lower remarkably correlated with advanced TNM stage size. Multivariate analyses served as an independent predictor for overall survival Moreover, overexpression inhibited proliferation both vitro vivo. In conclusion, our demonstrated is involved development progression shows may be a potential diagnostic target new therapies patients
