摘要: The plasma membrane calcium ATPase (PMCA) is an ubiquitous enzyme that extrudes from the cytoplasm to extracellular space. Four PMCA genes through alternative splicing produce a large diversity of isoforms this enzyme. We reported previously contained in AS-30D hepatocarcinoma cells showed significant differences activity comparison normal and regenerating liver. In present study we investigate if difference could be related differential expression mRNAs encoding different PMCA. Using RT-PCR found variants 1b, 1x, 4b are expressed all liver samples. hepatoma AS-30 at 2 days regeneration express low amounts 2w, 4x, do not 4a, 4d 4z.
