摘要: The macrocyclic musks are of central importance in the fragrance industry. preparation cyclopentadecanone and cyclopentadecanolide from Malania oleifera Chum oil were investigated. Preparation method is three steps process: first fatty acid double bonds cut off by ozonolysis; second ozonides converted into methyl esters esterification; afterwards was achieved through acyloin condensation, reduction separation with 38.5 % overall yield. coyfclopentadecanolide two step ozonolysis triglycerides {omega}-hydroxycarboxylic acids synthesized malania chum it catalytically transformed to macrocyctic lactones, a 63% yield obtained. effect different ester groups on cyclization ,{omega}-difatty alkyl ester, catalysts triglyceride
