摘要: Human satellite cells (SCs) are heterogeneous with respect to markers for their identification in the niche between muscle fibre plasma membrane and its basal lamina. We have previously shown that, biopsies from highly competitive power lifters, lifters long-term use of anabolic steroids a population healthy sedentary men, antibodies against neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) paired box transcription factor Pax7 together label 94% SCs, NCAM alone labels 4% 1%. In present study, we further studied these four related SC activation differentiation. Our study unequivocally shows that staining MyoD myogenin nuclei SCs myoblasts myotubes areas regeneration. Staining c-Met was observed proportion Pax7+ SCs. However, widespread labelling sarcolemma precluded quantification c-Met+/Pax7+ as reliable marker. labelled by anti-Delta like1 (Dlk1) were all samples but variable proportions, whereas progenitor repair Dlk1−. Dlk1 also Pax7− interstitial cytoplasm some small fibres. Interestingly, Dlk1+/Pax7+ significantly different groups lifters. Thus, our confirms human show marked heterogeneity this is discussed terms activation, myonuclei turnover, growth damage repair.
