摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the early functional outcome and survivorship a bicompartmental knee arthroplasty implant (Journey-Deuce) in cohort patients with combined medial patellofemoral degenerative osteoarthritis. Fifteen mean age 57 years were followed up prospectively evaluated clinical examination, Oxford score radiology imaging. Poor pain scores, concerns about tibial fixation, aseptic loosening component revision rate 60 % at minimum follow-up 54 months are reported. Implantation prosthesis stopped our institution well before first due an unfavourable response. This further endorsed by unacceptable rate. Journey-Deuce replacement considerably worse than published total replacement.
