摘要: According to a first aspect of the present invention there is provided signal generation system for generating predetermined analog signal. The comprises clock generator (1) adapted on basis an external signal, including gain stage (21) and second (22) providing overall outputting stepped filter (23) filtering output by mapping units (3,4) receiving respectively supplying stages non-overlapped wherein amount controlled signals. further relates method discrete-time periodic signals suitable built-in self -test, as well test using same.
