摘要: Abstract Deficiency of the immunoglobulin G (IgG) in human newborn is rare absence maternal hypogammaglobulinaemia. Low concentrations IgG cord blood were found 3 conditions — donor twin feto-fetal transfusion syndrome, hydrops fetalis and congenital hepatic disease. These all associated with placental oedema. It suggested that oedema may be responsible for a disturbance maternofetal transfer.
