摘要: Compositions and methods for identifying compositions which inhibit binding of the Rev protein to Rev-responsive element, as depicted in figure, cells infected by HIV-1 are provided. The display or mimic electronic configuration a domain within native protein, but free from those portions responsible REV activity preferably modified enhanced affinity RRE. Screening polypeptides other having such also described.
