摘要: Abstract The massive demand for complementary training of engineering graduates in India indicates a mismatch between academic education and industry requirements. This paper identifies the gap academia presents an approach to bridge it using concept Learning Factories. competencies newly graduate engineers competency requirements Indian have been identified based on discussions with professionals literature review. It has found that technical social match, but there is regarding methodological competency. necessitates engineer trainings at start employment. additional prove be time consuming costly industry. To this Factory test bed implemented premier university. expected proposed will make ready job university level redundant. study also provides roadmap utilizing Factories as integral part system.
