摘要: Abstract Transversal competencies in engineering education enable the graduates to be competitive and adaptive address real world industry needs. Learning factories (LF) are suitable tools for enhancing learning experiences where core transversal applied according different work related situations. Different accreditation agencies have identified classified outputs of education. This paper tries identify which can strengthened by process at LF stage planning, execution, reflection. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with instructors students who experience LF. provide environment help understand develop – teamwork, communication, creativity innovation, lifelong stages.
