摘要: Using the “La-method” for measuring45Ca entry into smooth muscle cells we were able to show that slow phase of a norepinephrine induced contraction is dependent on Ca2+ influx. Similarly influx was stimulated during angiotensin II and histamine contractions. The large rapid initial phases these three types drug aortic contractions common intracellular store which rapidly exhausted in presence extracellular La3+.
