摘要: Reaction between urea and hypobromite in alkaline solution was found to produce chemiluminescence with a maximum wavelength at 510 nm. A simple detection method used for the determination of human urine natural aqueous samples, which combined this reaction flow injection analysis system. The relative standard deviation 5 × 10–7 mol dm–3 is 1.9%(n= 6), limit 9.0 10–8 dm–3(3 sr). As very fast, double concentric tube mixer connected directly cell mix solution. Alkylamines, carboxylic acids most amino do not interfere determination. Ammonium ion interferes, but sensitivity ammonium only 1% that urea. interference from removed sufficiently by using an on-line cation-exchange column.
