摘要: Reaction between urea and hypobromite in alkaline solution was found to produce chemiluminescence with a maximum wavelength at 510 nm. A simple detection method used for the determination of human urine natural aqueous samples, which combined this reaction flow injection analysis system. The relative standard deviation 5 × 10–7 mol dm–3 is 1.9%(n= 6), limit 9.0 10–8 dm–3(3 sr). As very fast, double concentric tube mixer connected directly cell mix solution.
