摘要: We propose a new apparatus and method to estimate accurate urea reduction ratio without influence of any rebound. For this purpose, we have developed an improved version chemiluminescence-based sensor capable measuring concentration in spent dialysate (CD ) at 2-min intervals. The correlation coefficient between the readouts conventional enzyme-UV was 0.97 not affected by 9 mmol/L uric acid, creatinine, or ammonia. Using sensor, CD measured as function dialysis time t during sessions for various blood flow rates. based on mass reduced (m URR) estimated from integrated value (t). When vitro concentrations are session model (urea solution) constant volume (V) vessel, plots m URR were congruous with theoretical curves calculated one-pool model, thus accuracy confirmed. On other hand, vivo measurements (t) treatment two patients, URR. Such difference explained deviation actual it concluded that might be under condition.
