摘要: Objective We aimed to evaluate the combined effect of ellagic acid (EA) and temozolomide (TEM) on cadherin switch angiogenesis in C6 glioma cell line. Methods A total 100 μM EA TEM were applied rat cells for 24, 48, 72 hours. Cell proliferation was detected by 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine immunohistochemistry. The messenger RNA protein levels E-cadherin, N-cadherin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) determined real-time polymerase chain reaction their immunohistochemistry, respectively, subsequent treatment with TEM. Results combination conspicuously reduced viability at all incubation times (P Conclusions successful therapeutic efficacy is suggested probably inhibiting angiogenesis.
