摘要: The relationships of crustaceans and hexapods (Pancrustacea) have been much discussed partially elucidated following the emergence phylogenomic data sets. However, major uncertainties still remain regarding position iconic taxa such as Branchiopoda, Copepoda, Remipedia, Cephalocarida, sister group relationship hexapods. We assembled most taxon-rich pancrustacean set to date analyzed it using a variety methodological approaches. prioritized low levels missing found that some clades were consistently recovered independently analytical approach used. These include, for example, Oligostraca Altocrustacea. Substantial support was also Allotriocarida, with Remipedia Hexapoda (i.e., Labiocarida), Branchiopoda Labiocarida, clade we name Athalassocarida (="nonmarine shrimps"). Within Cephalocarida Athalassocarida. Finally, moderate Hexanauplia (Copepoda Thecostraca) in alliance Malacostraca. Mapping key crustacean tagmosis patterns developmental characters across revised phylogeny suggests ancestral relatively short-bodied, extreme body elongation anamorphic development emerging later evolution.
