摘要: Abstract The metabolism of testosterone (T) was studied in normal adult male rats using a constant infusion trace amounts the 3 H-steroid into tail vein for h order to attain state equilibrium. Samples plasma, liver, kidney, prostate, seminal vesicles and muscle were analysed H-testosterone, H-5α-dihydrotestosterone (5αDHT) H-5α-androstanediol (Adiol). When compared H-T level plasma there high levels kidney H-5αDHT prostate vesicles. Intraperitoneal estradiol valerate administration (100 μg/ day) 4 days decreased increased estrogen T metabolic clearance rate from 17.5 1/24 h/ 100 g body wt 22.6 h/100 wt.
