摘要: Abstract Following the subcutaneous administration of [ 3 H]-testosterone to adult male rats, levels tritium as labelled testosterone, 5α-dihydrotestosterone and 5α-androstanediol in methylene chloride extracts blood, muscle, prostate, seminal vesicles liver were determined at serial time intervals (15–240 min). Results obtained for control animals ones which had received 100μg 17β-estradiol valerate intraperitoneally per day 4 days. From whole tissue extract counts, it is apparent that most radioactivity prostate present unconjugated metabolites while blood significant fractions conjugated metabolites. With exception liver, estradiol caused an increase each three compounds tissues. In both groups animals, was predominant testosterone predominated muscle. 5α-dihydrotesterone similar amounts liver; rats receiving estrogen, lower than animals.
