摘要: Abstract The present study reports on the development of a method using ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) during purification taurine from Porphyra yezoensis. Box–Behnken design, which is widely used form response surface methodology, was to investigate effects parameters UAE process. Three independent variables were studied including: time, temperature, and ultrasonic power. results showed that highest yield 13.0 mg/g obtained with an time 38.3 min, use 300.0 W power, temperature 40.5 °C. A comparative also conducted either ultrasonication or mechanical agitation. indicated process required 9 times less at 40 °C obtain similar as compared conventional method. Therefore, can alternative recovery P. has several advantages, including it uses lower temperatures shorter time. in extract supernatant efficiently separated purified combination 732 cation exchange chromatography crystallization. this 1.1%. structure confirmed by FTIR, MS, NMR. Our findings suggest yezoensis be taurine-rich food material.
