摘要: The introduction of GP commissioning almost assumes that there is a weak link between financial risk and size independent location-specific environmental factors—i.e. costs are entirely predicted by capitation formula based on population demographic socio-economic variables. This article seeks to investigate the volatility associated with different aspects healthcare costs, namely, occupied beds as proxy for inpatient costs. observed can give an estimate real world in total budget. study extends previous analysis year-to-year at national level down local using English primary care trust (PCT) populations mainly aligned authority boundaries. difficulty formulating equitable sharing instruments presence significant environment or discussed along implications population- person-based funding formula.
