摘要: Skin is constantly exposed to physical and chemical stressors. The exposure of keratinocytes ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation causes epidermal damage via induction apoptosis. Erythroid differentiation regulator 1 (Erdr1) modulates growth survival cells under various stressful conditions, but the function Erdr1 in human keratinocyte apoptosis has not been investigated so far. Here, we effect on UVB-induced also examined underlying regulatory mechanism. First, expression was detected primary normal skin tissues. Expression enhanced following UVB irradiation. Knock-down led resistance Also, overexpression increased induced caspase-3 activation. Furthermore, extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) inhibitor PD98059 p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAPK) SB203580 significantly reduced These results indicate that induces a MAPK-dependent Taken together, these findings suggest role as proapoptotic factor acts ERK MAPK pathways. Therefore, may be potential therapeutic target reduce conditions such psoriasis cancer.
