摘要: To investigate cell cycle-dependent expression of interferon (IFN)-induced genes and signaling pathways, we examined the modulation IFN-inducible gene p91 activation, JAK-1 Tyk-2 kinases' activation in human Burkitt's lymphoma Daudi cells which were synchronized at different points cycle progression. We observed that each one 100-, 67-, 46-kDa 2'-5'-oligoadenylate synthetase (2-5(A)-synthetase) proteins had a unique pattern phases was from 2-5(A)-synthetase exponentially growing cells. The changes overall levels correlated well with induction mRNA as appearance IFN stimulatory factor-3 released G1/S block absence exogenous IFN-alpha. In addition, phase exhibited increased tyrosine phosphorylation kinases by IFN-alpha compared asynchronized Enhanced stimulation JAK-1, Tyk-2, progressively reduced to G2/M pass G2/M. These findings demonstrate constitutive inducible IFN-alpha-inducible genes, p91, are differentially influenced state cycle.
