摘要: The possibility of using devices based on field-effect principles for detecting DNA hybridisation events is an attractive and low-cost alternative to optical reading techniques. Experiments have shown that a change in the threshold voltage few millivolts can be attributed successful targets probe oligonucleotides tethered oxide transistor. Many different phenomena give rise this shift some these are described. Several justifiable approximations made develop analytic solution biosensor allow closed-form expression flatband derived. Finally, small-signal model BioFET given, with emphasis its design operating conditions optimum signal-to-noise ratio.
