摘要: Abstract After O 3 -mediated lung injury in rats (3 ppm exposure for 4 hr) recovery was studied terms of alteration mitochondrial oxidative metabolism. As judged from 2 consumption, succinate oxidation homogenate exhibited a 20% ( P /min/lung) within 12 hr and the peak rate (55% over control, consumption observed exposed rat lungs, therefore, would be attributable primarily to increase population mitochondria. Enhanced metabolism might serve as an index assessing repair process injured lung.
