摘要: Abstract Separation of eburnane alkaloids on silica was investigated using various eluent mixtures composed solvents having different elution strenghts. It found that the efficiency and selectivity separation strongly dependent composition best resolution achieved an appropriate mixture hexane, chloroform, acetonitrile methanol. The method can be applied for closely such as stereo- structural isomers. A satisfactory ester derivatives apovincaminic acid, vincaminic acid epivincaminic achieved, suggesting mechanism is based liquid—liquid partition.
