摘要: Aim Bile acids play a crucial role in the development of cholestatic liver disease by mediating parenchymal cell injury and inflammation liver. Bile can also modulate lipid metabolism, although their pathogenesis diseases is mostly unknown. We examined effects boiogito (BOT), Japanese herbal medicine, on profile fractions mouse model sodium cholate (CA)-induced cholestasis. Methods Lipidomics was carried out to determine fatty acid composition triglycerides, cholesterol esters, total phospholipids using gas–liquid chromatography. Results CA induced differential changes The co-administration BOT CA attenuated triglycerides but not those esters phospholipids. Conclusion Lipidomics indicated unique property triglyceride association with preventive effect against CA-induced mice. plays an important hepatic TG metabolism via prevention cholestasis.
