摘要: New polymeric precursors suitable to form boron containing silicon oxycarbide glass were synthesized by the hydroboration reaction of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-1,3,5,7-tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane with borane dimethylsulphide. The obtained polymers denoted as poly(organoborosiloxanes) characterized elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis in combination situ mass spectrometry (TG/MS), FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy. polymer-to-ceramic transformation was achieved at 1100 °C inert argon atmosphere yielding black X-ray amorphous SiBCO ceramics thermally stable up 1200 °C. At temperatures exceeding 1300 crystallization forming β-SiC found along decomposition matrix. Crystalline silica phases not formed during annealing 1500 To cite this article: V. Liebau et al., C. R.
