摘要: Recent developments in distributed multimedia courseware technology and the integration of a variety media have potential to change nature dissemination learning material. The capability deliver continuous workstation meet its real-time processing requirements is now recognised as central element future courseware. In this process, user perception quality service plays an important role. Commonly, (QoS) expressed set quantitative qualitative parameters (media dimensions) that presentation has meet. Since people different expectations we concluded it ensure package meets perceived QoS rather than commonly defined parameters. order investigate hypothesis further, constructed multi-agent system (MAT system) for integrated management resource distribution. MAT, managed one composite value — satisfaction with presentation. paper, present overview MAT architecture. addition, discuss case study which being used assess impact decline from on student's process.
