摘要: IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a fibroinflammatory disorder that can affect virtually every organ system. T-helper type 2 responses have been presumed to be pathogenic in this disease, and high proportion of patients with IgG4-RD are reported longstanding allergies, peripheral blood eosinophilia, serum IgE elevation. It has therefore proposed allergic mechanisms drive IgG4-RD. However, no epidemiological assessment atopy, concentrations ever undertaken In study, we evaluated these parameters large cohort whom wide range organs were affected by disease. Our results demonstrate the majority nonatopic. Nevertheless, subset nonatopic subjects exhibit eosinophilia elevated IgE, suggesting processes inherent itself rather than atopy per se contribute elevation observed absence atopy.
