IgG4 related disease presenting in breast tissue

摘要: Abstract This case report illustrates a of immunoglobulin G4-related disease in the breast, which there are only few reports English literature. A 49-year-old female presented with an asymptomatic breast lump at routine screening and needle core was done to exclude possible lymphoma. Histologically, appearances fulfilled diagnostic criteria for disease. The patient has been treated conservatively no surgery or drug regime advocated. is currently assymptomatic six months following diagnosis under clinical review.
