摘要: This subject includes platelet interaction with the normal vessel wall, injured vessels, and diseased vessels. Platelets are important in hemostasis; thrombocytopenic animals or patients bleed extensively from also involved development of thrombi, particularly arterial circulation, but to some extent venous circulation. In addition, platelets contribute wall changes associated injury. Materials can increase permeability, repair that involves smooth muscle cell migration proliferation. all these interactions adhere surfaces, become adhesive stick each other, discharge their granule contents, synthesize products arachidonic acid freed membrane phospholipids.
