摘要: In cerebral ischemia, ultrastructural changes of the microvessels were investigated in relation to further development microcirculatory disturbances. Experimental ischemia was induced by occlusion unilateral common carotid artery (CCA) mongolian gerbils. The animals sacrificed at set times ranging from 6 96 hours after occlusion. After swelling perivascular astrocytic processes seen, although there no obvious endothelium. 12 hours, glial became more prominent and narrowing microvascular lumen observed. 24 or 48 an irregular luminal surface with endothelial projections noted. These may have had some influence on brain microcirculation. At cytoplasm endothelium appeared granular thrombus formation occasionally observed exposed basement membrane those whose been exfoliated. Thus, permanent present study, exfoliation thought caused formation, promoting disturbance consequent progress damage.
