摘要: Abstract Stochastic modeling provides a useful tool in managing biological variation the postharvest chain. In current study, fruit-to-fruit variability firmness of apples was modeled. Apples from three cultivars (‘Jonagold’, ‘Braeburn’, and ‘Kanzi’) were harvested at different levels maturity, stored temperatures controlled atmosphere (CA) conditions. By using kinetic model describing breakdown as function time, temperature, conditions endogenous ethylene concentration, main stochastic variables identified initial rate constants for production. Treating these random parameters, Monte Carlo method used to simulate propagation flesh within batch during storage under CA subsequent shelf-life exposure. The validated independent data sets picked season. developed this study can be predict probability having certain after long term scenarios
