摘要: The accompanying article by Manzanal and colleagues1 is a welcome addition to the literature about recently described variant of transient takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC): reverse, or inverted, (R-TTC). current regarding R-TTC essentially observational focuses on precipitating factors patterns myocardial dysfunction.2–5 Although TTC was recognized as distinct clinical entity more than 20 years ago, definite, comprehensive pathophysiologic theory for this condition still lacking. (Until recently, used descriptive term only type characterized apical ballooning.)
